This workshop will incorporate an international 'governance analysis' tool developed by the Native Nations Institute. This tool is designed to help government and Indigenous communities to enhance governance arrangements. In collaboration with Australian researchers, this tool has been adapted for local application.

This workshop will enable you to establish a comprehensive understanding of your Indigenous governance capacity and develop organisational excellence and effective use of policy. It adopts a strength-based approach for achieving effective governance and explores strategies to enhance Indigenous governance capacity within pre-existing governance boundaries.
